Multi movement Pendent of double arm (1000 mm+800 mm) with Up & Down movement having load carrying capacity of minimum 80 kg. The arm should be rotatable up to 3300- 3400 with adjustable stopper. The pneumatic brake system should be adaptable to various safety requirements and construction facilities. The interior cross section for supply lines should be of minimum 120 mm diameter. The stoppers should be infinitely variable from 0-3300-3400Service head should be of modular design , square in shape to achieve maximum supply with minimum required space. Service head should designed to host, Base, Gas Module, Electric Module and shelves. Should have up to 6 Gas outlets & 4-8 Electrical switches. Racks & shelves are provided to mount the surgical equipment’s & monitor. The total length of the manager is 1500mm.
X-RAY VIEWING SCREENS
The system should have electrical safety codes for high & low voltage system. The theatre is to be equipped with a 2 plate X-ray viewing screen. It should be designed to provide flicker free luminance for the film viewing purpose. It should be installed flushed with theatre wall
for hygienic and ease of cleaning purpose. The X-Ray viewing screen should be designed for the purpose of front access. The X-Ray viewing screen should be illuminated by 4 pieces
OPERATING MAGNETIC LIST BOARD
The write unit will comprise a flush mounted 1.5 mm tricks white laminate board bounded to a 40 mm high density fibreboard sheet fir additional rigidly. The unit can be opened to create a wall mounted writing surface within the operating room. An additional storage unit is located under the writing unit for the placement of a computer and peripheral light
STORAGE UNITS
The storage unit should be made with 1.50 mm thick EGP Zinc coated steel panels. The storage unit should be divided 2 equal parts and each part should have individual glass doors with high quality locking system. Each part will be provided with glass racks.
HERMETICALLY SEALED CLEAN SLIDING DOOR (MANUAL / AUTOMATIC)
Size 1800 x 2100mm, 1500 x 2100mm, 1200 x 2100mm To maintain sterility and correct air pressure in the room, all doors into and out shall be of sliding, hermetically sealing type. Track made of a patented anodized aluminium profile, size 90 x 110 mm. This rubber gasket is exchange-able. The door blade is 60 mm. thick and on both sides flush finished with hygienic hard plastic laminate. Anodized aluminium surrounding, 4-sided, blind fixed. Door core made of CFC-free Polyurethane or EPS, thickness 48 mm. As top layer on both sides is hard plastic laminate of size 6mm. The total door blade thickness is 60 mm flush on both sides. It shall be sliding door, standard delivered with an anodized aluminium angle profile. This aluminium profile is 3-sided and blind fixed to a finished wall opening. The door blade gasket shall seal the opening to this aluminium profile with vision panels, 300mm X 300 mm.
The door should meet following specifications.
Ø Meets international requirements.
Ø Doors should be wired to the current IEE regulations & BS7971 standard.
Ø Motor should be DC 24V 70 W brush less DC Motor.
Ø Noise level of movement should not be more then 60 decibel.
PRESSURE RELIEF DAMPERS
Pressure relief dampers should be provided in each room to prevent contamination of air from clean and dirty areas. Suitably sized air pressure relief damper should be strategically placed, enabling differential room pressure to be maintained and ensure that when doors are opened between clean and dirty areas. Counter- weight balancing system should be provided in the PRD to maintain positive pressure inside the operation room. Air pressure stabilizers should have unique capability of controlling differential pressure to close tolerance. The PRD should remain closed at pressure below the set pressure and should open fully at pressure and should open fully at pressure only fractionally above the threshold pressure. The body should be epoxy powder coated as per standard BS colors. First class electrolyzed steel plate should be used for body and with high grade SS304 stainless steel for blades.
VIEW WINDOW WITH MOTORIZED BLIND
The view window of specified size shall be providing consisting of:
Double insulated fixed glazing with not less than 5mm thick toughened glass. Window frame shall be powdered coated Aluminium of approved shape flush mounted with wall panelling. Motorized horizontal Venetian Blinds of powder coated Aluminium strips of vista level or equivalent of approved shade including necessary accessories.
