Agreement or Policy with Vendor
We will share our policy with all vendors who sign contracts with us through our official email, info@digitalmarketingindore.com. The policy includes the following terms and conditions:
- Any agreement signed by the email ID info@digitalmarketingindore.com is not considered complete until a director has signed a formal paper agreement with the vendor.
The company’s official email ID is operated by the team, and any agreement made through this email is only provisional. For an agreement to be finalized, a document must be signed by the founder, Ranjan Rathi, and the co-founder, Neha Rathi. This is required under the company’s rules and regulations. Any legal compliance or court matters will be resolved in Indore court, as per our policy. We are not bound by any agreement made solely through the official email ID, as it does not belong to the directors.
